Terms and Conditions:

The following distributor qualifications must be met
1. Distributors should always try and maintain the suggested price guidelines.
2. Distributors must order in case lots or pay a 20% upcharge for breaking a case.
3. Terms and conditions: COD, Credit Card, Money Order, or Certified Check. Net 30 is available to qualified accounts. References must be provided. The first three orders are automatically COD for new clients as part of our Net 30 qualification process. Distributors who qualify for Net 30 terms must have payment in our office no later than 40 days after invoice date. Failure to pay invoices within this time frame will result in the terms automatically reverting to COD.
4. Accounts with outstanding balances will not be shipped until payment is received.
