Terms and Conditions:

Effective: July, 2005

The following qualifications must be met.
1. Retailers must provide a Federal Tax ID number.
2. It is strongly suggested that retails do not discount from the suggested retail prices
3. Terms and conditions: COD, Credit Card, Money Order, or Certified Check. Net 30 is available to qualified accounts. References must be provided. The first three orders are automatically COD for new clients as part of our Net 30 qualification process. Distributors who qualify for Net 30 terms must have payment in our office no later than 40 days after invoice date. Failure to pay invoices within this time frame will result in the terms automatically reverting to COD.
4. All products must be ordered in packs. Packs will not be split.
5. 5% discount on orders that exceed $1,000.00 and 10% on orders that exceed $2,500.00.
6. Accounts with a past due balance will not be shipped until payment is received.
